At The Fish Farm, we want you to be completely satisfied with your catch. If your new fashion items aren't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into our online portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the unworn clothing with original tags attached into the original shipping bag or a secure box of your choice.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print your prepaid return shipping label from the portal and secure it firmly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy until your refund or exchange is processed.
